Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Super Mornings ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Super Mornings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Super Mornings offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Yearly Plan: billed annually
  • Monthly Plan: billed monthly

Free Trial:

A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Auto-Renewal:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

Price Changes:

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you in advance of any price changes. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

Managing Subscriptions:

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to App Store → Account → Subscriptions on your device.

4. Permissions and Device Access

The App may request the following device permissions:

  • Notifications: required to trigger your alarm
  • Motion & Fitness: used during the Walk Steps wake-up challenge to count steps; not stored or shared
  • Photo Library: optional, to set a motivation photo for the Scratch Reveal challenge
  • Screen Brightness: used during the Bright Light challenge

You may revoke permissions at any time via iOS Settings. Revoking certain permissions may limit App functionality.

5. Alarm Disclaimer

Super Mornings relies on the device being powered on and the App being active to trigger alarms. We are not responsible for missed alarms resulting from device power-off, iOS restrictions, or other system conditions outside our control. We recommend keeping a backup alarm.

6. User Content

Any content you create within the App (mantras, routine preferences, goal photos) is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your content. We do not access or use your content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
  • Reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without written permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed alarms or lost data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
