What is Super Mornings?
Super Mornings is an alarm app that makes waking up harder to ignore. Instead of hitting snooze, you complete a wake-up challenge — like walking steps or speed taps — to dismiss your alarm. Then you follow your personalised morning routine.

What is the free trial?
All plans include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until Day 7. We'll remind you on Day 6 so you're never caught off guard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap Super Mornings
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not us. To request one:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find Super Mornings and tap Request a Refund
- Select your reason and submit
Apple typically processes refund requests within a few days.
Why didn't my alarm go off?
Super Mornings needs to be running in the background to trigger your alarm sound. Make sure:
- The app is not force-closed
- Do Not Disturb is off (or Super Mornings is in your allowed list)
- Your device is not on silent for alarm sounds
- Notifications are enabled for Super Mornings in Settings
We recommend keeping a backup alarm until you've tested your setup.
What is a Day Streak?
A Day Streak counts how many consecutive days you've dismissed your alarm using Super Mornings. Miss a day and it resets — so don't break the chain.
What is a Super Morning?
A Super Morning is earned when you dismiss your alarm AND complete your full morning routine. It's a higher bar than a streak — it means you fully won your morning.
How do I change my wake-up challenge?
Go to the Alarm tab → tap your challenge card → select a new challenge and configure your difficulty.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Super Mornings → reach the paywall → tap Restore at the bottom. Your subscription will be restored automatically if you're signed in with the same Apple ID.
